49ers injury report: Evans out while McCaffrey, Bosa are cleared – NBC Sports Bay Area & California

SANTA CLARA — Three of the 49ers’ six receivers on their 53-man roster will be unavailable to face the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.

The 49ers ruled out receivers Mike Evans (Achilles), Deebo Samuel (hamstring) and Christian Kirk (knee) on Friday for the team’s Week 9 game at Levi’s Stadium.

The 49ers appear likely to activate veteran wide receiver Demarcus Robinson from the injured reserve list after he missed the last five games with an ankle injury. San Francisco must create a roster spot for Robinson by 1 p.m. PT on Saturday.

San Francisco could also elevate veteran wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge from the practice squad. Hodge is one of the team’s best special teams players.

Meanwhile, coach Kyle Shanahan said running back Christian McCaffrey and defensive end Nick Bosa were cleared to play Sunday.

McCaffrey (hamstring) and Bosa (calf) were limited in practice throughout the week.

McCaffrey suffered a minor hamstring strain during the 49ers’ Week 7 game.

Bosa was out for five games after suffering a left calf injury during warmups before the team’s practice on September 24.

Here is the 49ers injury report for Sunday’s game against the Raiders via Shanahan:
