Sebastian Fundora scored a last-second knockout victory over Ermal Hadribeaj in the 12th round of their Chelsea fight at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
With this victory, Fundora retained his WBC super welterweight title.
“It was an interesting fight,” Fundora said after the fight, according to WG Ramirez of the Associated Press. “I had to go back and fight inside and show everyone again that I could still do it. It was dramatic to take him out at the last second. But we’re going to go back to the gym and fix some things.”
He improved to 25-1-1 (17 KOs) with the win, while Hadribeaj suffered his first professional loss and fell to 23-1-1.
