Courteney Cox proves age is just a number.
During a recent trip to Hawaii to celebrate her friend Jennifer Meyer’s wedding, the 62-year-old actress was spotted enjoying a day at the beach.
The “Cougar Town” star was photographed smiling in a black bikini while standing on the beach.
She paired the bikini with layered gold necklaces and earrings and wore her hair in a ponytail for a swim in the ocean. In the photos, she is seen standing knee-deep in water before wrapping a towel around her body to dry off.

Cox explained how she manages to stay fit as she ages, telling Marie Claire in September 2022 that she takes vitamins in the morning, in addition to drinking “the cucumber, pineapple, ginger and lemon thing.”
“I play tennis twice a week. I boxed twice a week, but my left knee hurts,” she said of her fitness routine. “I also do Pilates once a week. As I get older, I realize it’s more important for me to do strength training. It’s amazing how muscular I used to be, but not so much anymore.”
She then gave fans a glimpse of her workout routine in an Instagram video in July 2024, which showed her running on a treadmill, doing pull-ups, squats, and sit-ups.
The “Friends” star was also seen enjoying her summer on a luxury yacht off the Spanish island of Mallorca with her longtime friend, Jennifer Aniston, and other actors, including Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann and Pedro Pascal.

Aside from relaxing on the boat, the celebrity BFFs were also photographed swimming in the ocean and enjoying water sports.
Cox rose to fame as one of the stars of the hit sitcom “Friends,” which she starred in for 10 seasons from 1994 to 2004, alongside Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry.
After Perry’s death in October 2023, Cox shared on “CBS Sunday Morning” that Perry was “probably one of the funniest human beings in the world.”
“I am so grateful to have been able to work closely with him for so many years,” she said. “He visits me often, if you believe it.”

She further shared some of her spiritual connections to other lost loved ones, like her parents, and how she still feels Perry is with her.
“I talked to my mom, my dad, Matthew. I feel like there’s a lot of people that are…I think they’re guiding us. I feel, yeah, I feel like Matthew is there, for sure,” Cox said.
