Trump plans to speed up archiving despite legal challenge

THE Asset The administration is poised to quickly begin construction of a contested triumphal arch in early November, according to a notice filed Wednesday in federal court.

The move would significantly speed up the construction timeline of the massive monument despite a federal lawsuit seeking to stop it.

The Ministry of Justice told the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that construction falls under the National Capital Planning Commission, a board filled with Asset officials and supporters, approving the 250-foot-tall monument at its Nov. 5 meeting.

Construction would begin the same day, DOJ told the court, if the Interior Department and the National Park Service also provided same-day authorization.
