Samsung confirms list of Galaxy devices equipped with Android 17

Samsung has confirmed a list of Galaxy devices that are expected to receive its One UI 9 update based on Android 17 in at least one region, which tells us what to expect around the world in the coming months.

One UI 9 began rolling out with the Galaxy S26 series in September and has since expanded to a number of latest generation Galaxy smartphones. What’s next? Samsung has confirmed an official list of Galaxy smartphones and tablets that will receive One UI 9 updates based on Android 17.

The listing was published by Samsung Japan, so the dates provided are technically only for this region. That said, the list of devices getting the update is expected to apply globally and is by no means a restricted list.

Here is the list provided by Samsung, but note that it is not a conclusive list. There are some obvious omissions, such as the “Plus” models of recent Galaxy S flagships, with many Galaxy A devices and devices from other regions also not included.
