Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua had to leave Thursday’s practice with a calf injury, and now there’s a little update on him.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Nacua’s calf injury is not serious. But it’s still unclear whether or not he’ll be able to play in Sunday’s game against the Raiders, with Rapoport noting that Nacua’s status is “up in the air.”
Los Angeles faced a rash of injuries this week, particularly on defense. But fellow receiver Davante Adams was also placed on injured reserve with a torn hamstring, reducing the team’s depth at his skill positions.
Head coach Sean McVay is expected to speak with reporters Friday before practice.
In four games this season, Nacua has caught 37 passes for 417 yards with one touchdown. He also rushed three times for 11 yards with 1 TD.
