UCF wide receiver Tyren Hornes bounced at the Bounce House on Saturday in Orlando. The freshman ricocheted after a hit by BYU linebacker Isaiah Glasker.
Then he floated.
After maintaining his balance, Hornes flew down the sideline for a 56-yard gain on a third-and-17 that started with a screen pass. The Knights capped that third quarter drive with a QB run from Keyone Jenkins that secured a go-ahead touchdown.

Turns out they had to score one more in what turned out to be an ethereal conclusion to a game that had more ups and downs than Florida’s mercurial weather.
But No. 2 BYU never brought UCF back to Earth. After a late-regulation sequence that featured a series of headache-inducing referee descriptions and a blocked field goal — then two frames of overtime — the Knights put an astronomical 39-31 victory in their record books.
This is UCF’s first-ever victory against an AP top-five opponent.
