David Ellison has secured two high-profile additions to the board of his new entertainment company Skydance.
Investor and philanthropist Laurene Powell Jobs and former Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick have joined the company’s board of directors, Skydance revealed in a securities filing. Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair will become an advisor to the board.
They join a company that was created Tuesday in Paramount’s acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery.
