An Amber Alert was issued Monday for a 6-year-old boy who authorities say was taken by his grandfather in Orange County.

WESTMINSTER, Calif. (KABC) — An Amber Alert for a 6-year-old boy who authorities said was taken by his grandfather in Orange County was canceled hours after it was issued Monday morning.
Joseph Garcia was last seen around 4 p.m. Sunday at Collins Avenue and Lemon Street in Orange, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The agency said he was taken by 47-year-old Frank Ramirez. Authorities later said the subject had been located, but no additional details were available.
