The Packers have a few impact players dealing with injuries.
Linebacker Zaire Franklin is suffering from a broken leg, while center Sean Rhyan reportedly suffered a sprained ankle, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Franklin’s injury occurred in practice last week. He missed Sunday’s game against the Lions, but he should return without missing much more time. The team did not place him on injured reserve, which is another indication of his status.
Rhyan went down during the first half of Sunday’s loss to Detroit. If his high ankle sprain diagnosis is confirmed, he will likely be out for four to six weeks.
Green Bay has a short week ahead, as they host the Panthers on Thursday night.
