Brooke Hogan is lashing out at the “greedy fake people” she says took advantage of her late father Hulk Hogan as she mourns the sale of the wrestling legend’s Florida home.
Last week, Hulk’s 5,400-square-foot oceanfront mansion in Clearwater Beach sold for $5.9 million after originally being listed for nearly $11 million in January, according to TMZ. The outlet also reported that the guesthouse next door sold separately for $2.8 million.
Hulk, born Terry Bollea, died at age 71 in July 2025 after suffering cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater Beach. The WWE icon’s cause of death was later determined to be a heart attack.

In a series of emotional posts shared to her Instagram Stories on Monday, Brooke opened up about losing the home where she shared memories with her father while accusing unnamed friends and family members of exploiting it for their own gain.
The 38-year-old TV personality also hit out at what she described as “dirty money”, saying some people only appeared “at the end” of her father’s life “to get it back”.
“The uneasy feeling is indescribable,” Brooke wrote in a post alongside a photo of the house with a red and white SOLD sticker at the top.

“This house was where Dad and Jen envisioned growing old together,” she added, referring to Hulk’s ex-wife, Jennifer McDaniel, to whom he was married from 2010 to 2021.

“Where we took him back to…surgery after surgery,” Brooke continued. “Days at the pool. The smell of gasoline in his garage. His workouts downstairs.”
“We cooked, we watched Jerry Springer, we played music, we cried,” she recalls. “I came into that garage every time I visited and hugged him as soon as he opened the garage door. I would sit next to him for hours in the chair he died in.”

In another post, Brooke uploaded an image in which she was seen posing with Hulk on a dock outside the house, writing: “Let’s not forget who was there for the 15 years before the vultures conveniently arrived.”
Brooke then shared a series of photos documenting the years she spent alongside her father, writing that she “adored”, loved and “cherished” him. She also posted images of pill bottles labeled with Hulk’s name, noting that she was “tracking every medication.”

The “Brooke Knows Best” star also recalled how she and McDaniel helped care for Hulk during his health issues.

“Jen and I were the nursing team. Notebooks, charts, prescription pickup, nights, shift changes,” Brooke wrote.
“This woman has spent more time in the trenches than any of us,” she continued. “He loved her very much. And she loved him.”
“She wanted to be there until her last breath despite the trauma she endured and that I witnessed…” Brooke added.

Brooke claimed McDaniel “didn’t ask for anything” after his split from Hulk. She wrote that McDaniel could have “fighted for money” but instead would have “disappeared” without launching a “smear campaign.”
Describing McDaniel as “hilarious”, Brooke recalled that the two had “girls’ days” together. She praised her former mother-in-law as “pure love and great grace”.
“Their breakup was devastating to me,” Brooke wrote. “I loved her, but I knew my father also took the best care of her.”
“DEVOTION was an understatement,” she added.

Alongside photos of Hogan recovering from surgery, Brooke recalled how she and McDaniel accompanied him to the hospital on several occasions.
“We did surgery…after surgery…after surgery,” she wrote.
In one photo, Brooke pointed out the blood on McDaniel’s shirt and missing fingernails. She posted images of Hulk standing in the hospital room, writing: “I’m taking the photo. Do you see anyone else there? Whole room…no one else?”
Brooke then shared a photo taken during an episode of “WWE SmackDown!” in July 2025! after Hulk’s death. In the photo, WWE stars, several wrestling legends and a production team were seen gathered on stage for the traditional 10-bell salute in memory of Hulk.

“None of these people stayed more than an hour at the hospital… even though they showed up,” Brooke wrote.
“And I had to hear everyone say that I’m the asshole who gets away from toxic behavior and brainwashing, fake and greedy people… ‘I should have been there.’ “Everyone” was there until the end. NO. They were there at the end. Collectible,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself with the Hulk.
Brooke shared another image from Hulk’s house, writing: “Enjoy your dirty money. You took my dad away.”
However, Brooke later pushed back against reports interpreting her posts as an attack on WWE stars, insisting that was not her intention.

“Hey reporters: I don’t have a problem with WWE stars. I didn’t say that either. Do your job well or don’t do it at all,” she wrote in a follow-up post on her Instagram Story.
Brooke explained that she was critical of people who she said “showed up for public tributes” even though they didn’t privately support her father when she was “in the trenches with him.”
“But they will show up to have their face on camera,” she wrote, adding, “That includes so-called ‘friends’ AND family.”
In another post, Brooke expanded on her accusations by lambasting anonymous people who she said “only visited him if he paid (sic) for it” and others who “got a paycheck if they pretended to be his friend.”
She also denounced “the yes-men who were too afraid to protect him with the truth” and “those who promised me they would do the right thing when he died.”

“Apparently EVERYONE will show up in the end if you’re famous enough and they can profit from your disappearance,” Brooke concluded.

Brooke and Hulk were once extremely close and their father-daughter relationship was a major part of their reality series “Hogan Knows Best”, which ran from 2005 to 2007. However, their relationship became complicated over the years and Brooke became estranged from Hulk during the last two years of his life.
In July 2023, Hulk amended his will to exclude Brooke and her descendants, leaving his brother Nick as the sole beneficiary of his probate estate. The “Rocky III” star shared Brooke and Nick, 36, with ex-wife Linda Hogan. Hulk was married to Sky Daily from 2023 until his death.

Brooke maintained that her estrangement from Hulk was not due to a single falling out. After Hulk’s death, Brooke said she ultimately quit following a series of “respectful disagreements” with her father that took an emotional toll on her.

Hulk has never publicly discussed his estrangement from Brooke or his decision to officially remove her from his will. However, a source told Us Weekly in March 2025 that the wrestling icon told people he didn’t know why his daughter stopped talking to him. Brooke later said she asked to be removed from her will because she did not want to take part in an anticipated battle over her fortune.
