Siri AI keeps getting better, here's what's new in iOS 27.2

Apple is rolling out its 27.2 software updates today and, among a variety of new features, introduces several improvements for Siri AI. Here are the new features.

Apple is upgrading Siri AI in several ways with new software updates 27.2

Siri AI launched last month in iOS 27 as part of a major overhaul of Apple’s Assistant. But Siri is getting even better today with the new 27.2 software updates that are rolling out now.

New Siri AI features include:

Chat reminder: Siri AI can now retain useful context from previous conversations, so you can ask it questions about topics you’ve already discussed, like restaurants it’s previously recommended.
Personal Context Upgrades: More personal sources of context can now be leveraged by Siri AI to provide a better response, including “photos attached to messages, calendar event participants, your voicemails, and better results from Safari history and reading list”
More languages: Beyond English, Siri AI now also supports French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.
Faster on Apple Watch: Apple says that in watchOS 27.2, Siri AI provides faster responses than before

Users can enjoy these Siri AI upgrades on iPhone, iPad, Mac and more with iOS 27.2, iPadOS 27.2, macOS 27.2 and other additional versions.

With AI models from companies like OpenAI and Anthropic constantly improving, it’s great to see Apple already iterating on Siri AI so soon after launch. I hope the wizard continues to improve with each new software update.
