Visible in the achievements and user profile sections of your Xbox console, players can earn Mythic Achievements by unlocking all of a game’s base achievements (excluding DLC achievements).

You’ll retroactively receive Mythics for any base game lists you’ve already completed on your profile, and that’s even counting the Xbox 360 and Windows Phone games you’ve completed. That said, some games might not display correctly from day one as the feature continues to be updated.
Of course, if you want a little more detail about your unlocks, you can track your Mythic achievements right here on TrueAchievements, and you can even create custom images for your Mythic achievements to share with your friends.

Plus, if you want to get competitive, why not check out the Mythic Achievement leaderboards and compare your collection with the rest of the TrueAchievements community! As for next steps, perhaps Xbox can take a cue from Steam’s new Achievements overhaul and provide us with a separate counter for DLC lists!
