Travis Kelce is still bad for Taylor Swift despite his “weird” habit.
The pop star opened up about her and her best friend Abigail Anderson’s penchant for “speaking in Napoleon Dynamite voices” during a Q&A in New York on Sunday after a screening of “Toy Story 5.”
The Grammy winner admitted that she and Anderson, both 36, “still make that impression” and that their “husbands have to accept it.”
Swift then gave attendees a taste of her impersonation of Jon Heder’s character in the 2004 film.
The topic came up as the “Love Story” hitmaker discussed the joy of “finding someone who’s the same type as weird and silly as you,” as Bonnie and Blaze do in “Toy Story 5,” released in June.
“When I moved to Nashville when I was 14, you know, you’re the new kid in school and you’re like, ‘Who should I be friends with?’ These girls are cool, these girls are cool, they’re cool girls,” she recalled. “But there was a girl named Abigail.”
Anderson “just saw (Swift) for the weird little genre that (she) is in its purest form,” the songwriter explained.
Swift has maintained her friendship with Anderson for decades and was a bridesmaid in her friend’s 2017 wedding to photographer Matt Lucier.
Anderson later married Charlie Berard, with whom she shares 2-year-old son Bennett, in 2022.
Swift, meanwhile, married Kelce in July after three years together, with Anderson in attendance in a Sau Lee dress.
Two months after the star-studded nuptials, the Kansas City Chiefs player’s 14th NFL season began — and Swift is reportedly keeping herself “super busy” amid her “hyper-focused” partner’s busy schedule.
“When she is with Travis, she does everything to support him because he works very hard on football,” a source told the Daily Mail, claiming that the two regularly train together and spend quality time with the Kelce family.
“She accepts that Travis has to dedicate so much time to the Chiefs,” the insider added. “She never complains because football is her passion.”
According to the outlet, Swift has been writing new music and catching up with her A-list friends.
In addition to the singer’s weekend outing for “Toy Story 5,” which features her song “I Knew It, I Knew You,” Swift attended the 2026 Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Gala and the 2026 Academy Museum Gala.
She’s also been a fixture at Kelce’s home games, as the duo made their last joint appearance in October for dinner in Manhattan.
