Emotional Michael J. Fox Shares Photos of His Youngest Daughter’s Rarely Seen Transformation: ‘You Have Been Many People’

The youngest of Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan’s four children just hit a major milestone.

On November 3, the couple celebrated the 25th birthday of their daughter Esmé Annabelle Fox with two tender tributes.

Michael, 65, took to his Instagram page with a collection of photos of his daughter over the years, from growing up with her famous parents to running the New York City Marathon to graduation day.

“Ezzie, you have been many people over the last quarter century…all fabulous! Happy birthday, I love you so much!” » he gushed in his caption.

Tracy, 66, shared some more recent snaps of her daughter, sporting her dad’s brunette locks and a mix of her parents’ facial features. “Happy birthday to my heart and soul! @esmeannabelle I couldn’t love you more!”

While the Fox children, son Sam and daughters Aquinnah, Schuyler and Esmé, lead a private life from their parents, the youngest is a journalist, more precisely a travel writer based in Barcelona.

Michael met Tracy when she was cast as his girlfriend Ellen in Family ties. The couple also began dating off-camera and married in 1988 in Arlington, Vermont.

The Shrinking star began experiencing early symptoms of Parkinson’s disease in 1991 and was diagnosed shortly after. He struggled with a period of depression and alcoholism due to the diagnosis, before going public with his condition in 1998. He established the Michael J. Fox Foundation with Tracy in 2000.
