Sydney Sweeney may be crossing the Atlantic and joining a growing list of Hollywood stars who have abandoned Los Angeles for greener pastures.
The “Euphoria” actress reportedly visited a property in England in the Cotswolds, the same region where several celebrities, including Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, reside.
“Sydney has visited the Cotswolds twice in the last 10 months and loves it,” a source told the US Sun.
“She has visited a property there in the last three months,” the insider added.
The source told the outlet that Sweeney, 29, “doesn’t let the locals bother him” and “finds village life incredibly cute and quaint.”
“It’s also a huge change of pace from Los Angeles and all the vultures circling around. And she can live a more peaceful life in the country,” the source added.
“Pinewood Studios is also only about an hour away, which means she could easily stay home while filming if she gets the job.”
The US Sun reported that the “Housemaid” star was considering moving in with her boyfriend Scooter Braun, 45, who Sweeney has been dating since last year.
Several celebrities live in the “Cotswolds setting”, including David and Victoria Beckham as well as Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi.
If Sweeney makes the move, she will join a growing list of Hollywood stars who have abandoned Los Angeles – or the United States for that matter – for a change of scenery.
Mark Wahlberg moved his family to Nevada, while “Modern Family” star Ariel Winter traded Los Angeles for Nashville. Dennis Quaid also fled to Tennessee, while Rosie O’Donnell packed up and moved to Ireland after the 2024 presidential election.
Page Six reached out to Sweeney’s rep for comment but did not immediately respond.
Last December, the two-time Emmy nominee shared photos of herself enjoying the English countryside.
In the photo carousel, Sweeney spent time at Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire, England, relaxing with a spa mask and going horseback riding with actress and producer Kaylee McGregor.
In 2024, the “Anyone but You” actress purchased a beachfront home for $13.5 million, 30 minutes from Key West, Florida.
The lavish 7,720-square-foot property features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a 520-bottle wine cellar, a 330-gallon aquarium, an elevator, a home gym, a games room and sheltered parking.
