Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen’s Daughter Celebrates Her First Halloween

Seven months after welcoming her first child, Hailee Steinfeld shared a new glimpse of her baby girl, Harper.

On November 4, the Instagram account for Steinfeld’s blog, Beau Society, shared photos from Harper’s first Halloween, where she dressed in baby blue. Alice in Wonderland-Inspired costume, complete with white tights and black shoes. The caption read: “We are all angry here…”

In a corresponding Substack article, the 29-year-old actress opened up about the late-night Halloween party she and her husband, Josh Allen, threw on November 2.

“Monday night my husband and I had our Halloween party,” she wrote. “You would have never known we were two days late. Everyone showed up in great costumes, with the best energy and excited to have fun on a Monday night in November.”

THE Sinners The star continued: “The theme of the party was ‘Allen in Wonderland’ (I loved that theme and wanted to do it last time, but we weren’t married ;)). Coming back to hosting was great. I already had the mood board, and then luckily we were able to bring in some amazing local business owners who were instrumental in making it all come to fruition.”

Steinfeld and Allen married in Santa Barbara, Calif., last May, and welcomed Harper last April. The actress announced the news of the baby’s arrival herself in a Substack article on April 2, writing, “Our baby girl is here!! We feel incredibly grateful and blessed and are savoring these first moments. Thank you so much for your love and best wishes. Love, Hailee and Josh.”

A few months later, on June 19, the Edge of seventeen The actress wrote a heartfelt letter to her granddaughter.

“Dear Harper, I am in awe of you,” Steinfeld wrote. “You’ve only been here a short time now, and somehow you feel like you’ve always been ours.”

“And while I know that I am meant to guide you through this life, Harper Haize Allen, the truth is that you have already taught me far more than I could ever teach you,” she added. “One day you will read this and know it’s true, my sweet girl.”
