Andreani is scheduled to appear in court on December 3.

An insider told TMZ that Andreani was arrested for allegedly punching Neil, 65, following a heated argument.

Although it’s unclear what exactly led to the argument, the source claimed that Andreani started destroying the rocker’s house.

Andreani’s arrest comes after she and the “Can’t Change Me” crooner decided to call it quits in May 2025 after 15 years of dating, the outlet previously reported.

A close source claimed the couple split because Neil suspected Andreani of cheating.

Shortly after the split, Neil was photographed holding hands with two women while walking around Nashville, according to TMZ. However, sources told the outlet that Neil and Andreani were back together the following month.

Andreani was also seriously injured after Neil’s private jet crashed into a parked plane at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona in February 2025.

At that time, Andreani was on board with her friend Ashley and their dogs. The pilot died tragically and Andreani was taken to hospital with several broken bones.
