The girlfriend of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil has been arrested in Tennessee for assault.
Rainbow Hannah Andreani, 45, was booked into Williamson County on Sunday, Nov. 1, and faces a domestic violence charge, according to inmate records reviewed by USA TODAY Thursday, Nov. 5. She was released the next day after posting $5,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court in December.
USA TODAY has reached out to a representative for Neil for comment. TMZ was the first to report the news.

The arrest comes nearly two years after a plane belonging to the singer crashed into a plane parked at the Scottsdale airport, killing one person and injuring several others. Although Neil was not on board, Andreani and a friend were both hospitalized with serious injuries.
It’s also been almost two years since Neil suffered a stroke in December 2024 which he says left doctors uncertain about his ability to perform on stage again. After postponing their planned 2025 Las Vegas residency due to Neil undergoing a “mandatory medical procedure”, he made a full return for the band’s 11-show residency at Park MGM in September and October of that year.
Crüe co-founder Nikki Sixx recently told USA TODAY that “Neil’s health is the most concerning, as is the health of the band,” following the frontman’s fourth stroke.

“Vince doesn’t want to pull punches, and we didn’t want to do songs that would maybe be too demanding for him,” Sixx said. “But he said, ‘I’m in.’ I want to do “Red Hot.” I love these songs. He really came to work and sounded great in pre-production. But once he was on stage, he really came to life.”
The bassist continued, “He just wanted to be the best he could be. …He’s taken a lot of bricks in the face over the years because of his vocals live and he doesn’t like to see that kind of thing. So he really wanted to come out and prove not only to himself but to the fans that he’s totally capable vocally.”
The band returns to Las Vegas for its fourth residency – the aptly named Carnival of Sins in Sin City – for a series of eight concerts between March 19 and April 3, 2027 at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
