THE delegation now includes presidential aide Vladimir Medinskydeputy foreign ministers Sergei Ryabkov And Mikhail Galuzinand senior staff officials Igor Kostyukov And Yuri Zhigarlovsky. The talks are scheduled for November 10 and 11.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Interfax that Yuri Ushakov “oversees upcoming negotiations as presidential assistant for international affairs.”
