Hurricane Isaias is now a major hurricane as it approaches. These cities will be hit hard.

Hurricane Isaias strengthened to Category 3 Friday morning as it accelerated toward the Gulf Coast.

That’s bad news for residents of the Florida Panhandle, where the storm is expected to make landfall Friday evening, as well as residents of southern Alabama, coastal Mississippi, Georgia and far eastern Louisiana.
