Rockstar Games announced a GTA6 functionality than not Grand Theft Auto Or Red Dead Redemption game never had. To that end, this is a feature that no Rockstar Games game has ever had. Waiting for the next one Grand Theft Auto is that it will have a lot of features and do a lot of things that the series has never seen, and that the industry and video games have never seen. To that end, this new feature isn’t groundbreaking and won’t set an example that separates the game from the rest of the industry, but it’s a feature that fans of the long-running series are excited to finally have.
In addition to recently confirming a violent feature film that no other RGT game has ever had, Rockstar Games announced that players of GTA6 will be able to listen to the radio on foot through headphones and earphones via the connection to the in-game smartphones. The music will be limited to what is playing on the radio, but it opens the door to something more robust and realistic in the future. Plus, it opens up a lot of opportunities for modders once the game hits PC, which might not be that far away.
While GTA6 didn’t have this feature, other games and series have had it, including competitors like Saints Row And Watch dogs. Meanwhile, what makes this even more surprising is that there have been rumors and rumors that this feature was going to be delayed and not available at launch, with some even suggesting that it was being removed from the game altogether. The latter wouldn’t be that surprising, as Rockstar Games is famous for removing a ton of content from its games, and doing so quite late.
“Moreover, for the very first time, Grand Theft Auto VI presents a series of on-demand podcasts that Jason and Lucia can experience beyond Leonida’s terrestrial radio, with radio and podcasts available to listen to in vehicles and on foot through new headphones and earbuds connected to their smartphones,” writes Rockstar Games.

GTA 6 fans are delighted
“Confirmed! I love it. I’ve wanted music on foot forever,” wrote one. Grand Theft Auto fan of the news. Another fan adds: “I’m glad they added this! I loved being able to listen to the radio outside the car in Watch dogs And Saints Row.”
A third fan adds: “This alone will be one of my favorite additions, but it would be icing on the cake if we could also create our own playlists.”
Unfortunately, there is no word on custom playlists. These could very well be added after launch and updated with GTA Online music maybe, but there is no chance that players will be able to upload their music. What we’ve seen is that approved artists are uploading their music and seeing said playlists evolve that way. But this is just speculation.
