It is still unclear how he was injured.

As Page Six previously reported, Combs was convicted of two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution last July. He was sentenced to 50 months in prison.

Last month his “pampered” life behind bars was revealed.

Four unnamed men, who spent time in the same unit as the record producer, claimed he had people who cooked and cleaned for him.

“This isn’t normal shit you see in prison. This is rich shit,” one of the men told NBC News. “It sounds crazy, but then again, it’s Diddy.”

Additionally, sources claimed Combs had access to a cell phone, antidepressants and high-grade alcohol.

At the time, a representative for the Bureau of Prisons told Page Six that they do not comment on inmates’ conditions for “privacy, safety and security reasons.”
