Amy Robach and TJ Holmes finally tied the knot — nearly four years after their romance scandal rocked “GMA3.”
According to a registered marriage license obtained by People on Tuesday, the couple exchanged vows in Arkansas during a private ceremony on September 19 in Washington County.
The marriage took place a day after they applied for the license and was officially recorded Tuesday with the county clerk’s office.
Details about the couple’s nuptials were kept under wraps — so much so that even some of their closest confidants didn’t know, Page Six can confirm.
A representative for the couple was not immediately available for comment.
Holmes and Robach are marrying as a blended family, each sharing two children with former partners.
Page Six confirmed Friday that the reporters applied for a marriage license on September 18 in Washington County, Arkansas.
Robach, 53, and Holmes, 49, announced their engagement in October 2025, taking to their podcast “Amy & TJ” to gush about the news.
“We’re sharing with you all that we’re engaged and it’s barely been a month now,” Robach said at the time, with Holmes adding, “We wanted to let you know before anyone else could; we’ve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship.”
He also noted that although Robach publicly flaunted an engagement ring, “no one said a word” about the not-so-subtle hint regarding the status of their relationship.
“I was in three huge football stadiums three weekends in a row, wearing my engagement ring very proudly, very enthusiastically, and waiting for someone to point it out to me or ask me, ‘Hey, what is that?’ And that never happened,” Robach shared, noting that perhaps they were “polite” and “didn’t mean to pry.”
Holmes, meanwhile, insisted: “We didn’t keep it a secret, but no one asked us to!”
The couple was later spotted stepping out in New York, with Robach flaunting a large, sparkling gold jewelry on her left hand.
In November 2022, the journalists’ months-long workplace romance was revealed, with Robach still married to Andrew Shue and Holmes to Marilee Fiebig — who have since launched their own romance and moved in together after divorcing their ex-spouses.
Following the explosive news, Holmes and Robach were ousted from ABC in January 2023. A spokesperson for the network told Page Six at the time that it was “best for everyone” if they “moved on” after the scandal.
They continued their romance and even launched their self-titled podcast in December 2023 as they looked toward the future.
In May, Robach and Holmes announced a potential May wedding date during an episode of “Bill and Giuliana: The Podcast.”
“We do,” Holmes told Giuliana Rancic when asked if they knew when the big moment would take place.
Robach, seemingly surprised, responded, “Are you okay with this date? I had a date that I really wanted. You’re just telling me now on the podcast that you’re okay with this date?” to which Holmes replied: “Being here with them made me feel more comfortable.”
He added: “There’s a way we want to get married that we haven’t necessarily revealed, but it would be very special to us.”
“We can’t say what it is,” he continued. “It’s an important thing for us.”
Holmes has seemed ready to take the plunge for a while now — he referred to Robach as his “wife” while introducing her during a May 2025 episode of their “I Do, Part 2” podcast.
“If you fell in love first time, this isn’t the show for you. I’m TJ Holmes, alongside my friend, my partner, my podcast co-host, Amy Robach,” he said, noting that the intro seemed “impersonal.”
Holmes tried again: “With myself, my partner, my spouse. »
