Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, exes of newlyweds TJ Holmes and Amy Robach, tie the knot

Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig are beginning their forever, tying the knot a month after their respective ex-spouses Amy Robach and TJ Holmes did the same.

“Melrose Place” actor Shue and immigration lawyer Fiebig tied the knot on Sunday, People confirmed. The couple entered a new chapter in their relationship during an intimate ceremony at their New Jersey estate, according to photos published Sunday by the Daily Mail. Fiebig wore an off-the-shoulder lace dress and Shue wore a black suit without a tie, photos showed. The lawyer’s teenage daughter and her ex-husband Holmes were also present at the ceremony.

The news of Fiebig and Shue’s wedding comes just weeks after the latter announced that he and Fiebig were engaged.

“You don’t know how to meet the right person,” Shue told People at the time. “It just happened.”

Nearly four years ago, the newlyweds and their former journalists – also recently married – were embroiled in a scandal. Several media outlets discovered the alleged months-long relationship between former “GMA3: What You Need to Know” co-anchors Holmes and Robach in December 2022. The reporters said in 2023 that they were in the process of divorcing their exes when the Daily Mail and Page Six reported on their romance. Amid public scrutiny, Holmes and Robach were fired from their positions at ABC News in January 2023.

As reporters finalized their divorce from their ex-spouses in 2023, reports of a budding romance came to the forefront. Page Six reported that Fiebig and Shue bonded over their experience with the scandal. Shue told People in October that it felt like “bad luck” that the controversy led him to Fiebig.
