Barbara Palvin returned to the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway just six weeks after giving birth to her first child.
The 33-year-old model attended the brand’s 2026 show in Los Angeles on Sunday, October 18. For her return, Palvin wore a romantic sheer pink negligee covered in handwritten letters. She completed the look with pink makeup and a voluminous, bouncy blowout.
Backstage, Palvin spoke about returning to work so soon after welcoming the couple’s daughter, Sylvie.
“I’m going to be six weeks postpartum tomorrow, which I think in the States most people have to go back after six weeks,” she said. PEOPLE. “So it’s not that bad.”
Although Palvin downplayed the timing, she described the opportunity to participate as a meaningful show of support for mothers.
“I feel good,” she told the outlet. “I think it’s very encouraging that the Victoria’s Secret team invited me to the show and that we are supporting women.”
Palvin also called her first weeks of motherhood a “roller coaster” as she and Sprouse adjust to parenthood.
The couple announced Sylvie’s arrival on September 28, but hinted that she was born several weeks earlier, around Labor Day. Their announcement included a photo of the new family wearing matching Los Angeles Dodgers jerseys while watching a game.
Palvin celebrated another milestone shortly before the fashion show, turning 33 on October 8. She marked her first anniversary as a mother by sharing photos of herself holding and breastfeeding Sylvie while surrounded by nature.
The model is no stranger to overcoming physical challenges before a Victoria’s Secret appearance. Sprouse revealed that she took part in the 2025 show while recovering from a broken foot.
This year’s show moved from New York to Los Angeles and included Gigi Hadid, Anok Yai, Alex Consani, Paloma Elsesser and Abby Champion. Palvin’s appearance marked her personal comeback as she took the podium for the first time as a mother.
