SÃO PAULO — Defeated Brazilian presidential candidate Flávio Bolsonaro left Brazil for the United States on Tuesday, according to three people familiar with the matter, in defiance of a court order ordering him to surrender his passports. He and his family members were granted U.S. visas, a senior State Department official said.
