Uncrowned presents Canelo Alvarez vs. Christian Mbilli live results, round-by-round updates, highlights, ring walks and start time for the Canelo vs. Mbilli fight card on Saturday at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In the main event of the evening, former undisputed champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez makes his highly anticipated return to boxing against WBC super middleweight world champion Christian Mbilli.
Alvarez (63-3-2, 39 KOs) became undisputed super middleweight champion for the second time with a unanimous decision victory over William Scull in May 2025. The Mexican superstar then lost his titles to Terence Crawford at a Netflix mega-event in September 2025. Thirteen months later, he now returns looking to regain a world title.

Mbilli (29-0-1, 24 KOs) was elevated to WBC champion after Crawford was stripped of the belt due to a dispute over sanctions fees. The undefeated French-Cameroonian boxer fought to a draw against Lester Martinez on the same September 2025 card, and now faces the biggest challenge of his career in his first full championship defense.
The Canelo vs. Mbilli prelims begin at 10 a.m. ET and can be watched here on Uncrowned.
The main card begins at 1 p.m. ET on the DAZN pay-per-view, with main event ring walks expected around 4:30 p.m. ET.

Almohammed takes him down now and catches him in one swing. Villegas begins to feel uncomfortable under this pressure.

Villegas fights with a lot of nervous energy, and so he makes some unnecessary moves here. He will use up his energy in no time.

Two solid straight southpaws hit Vazquez’s face in the first round. The first of the two led to the crowd cheering for the jab – it felt that good.

They tried this with Queensberry against Matchroom in June 2024, and it wasn’t as competitive – it ended 10-0 for Queensberry.

Emiliano Rojo struggled to heavily bother Flavius Biea with single punches, but the cumulative punishment of the beating Rojo inflicted on Biea paid off, and it was a flurry of shots that ultimately forced a stoppage from the referee.
