Cardi B revealed Wednesday via Instagram that her fourth child, her first with ex Stefon Diggs, is named Grey.
“Happy 1st birthday to Gray MD!!” » exclaimed the 34-year-old rapper. “It’s only been a year since I met you, but I feel like I have you by my side forever. I carried you through one of the most uncertain pressures of my life, but having you inside me through it all gave me extra strength.”
She continued, “I was making you grow inside me and at the same time you were giving me life! You gave new meaning to what a gray day looks like. You brighten up my life and every room with your smile, your laughter and your precious spirit.”
The social media upload included photos of the toddler sitting on a bed with a baseball cap, wearing a Halloween doctor costume and more.
Cardi told her followers in November 2025 that the little one had arrived — but didn’t divulge any other details.
“I gave birth to… a new baby,” she wrote at the time. “One more reason to be the best version of myself.”
The Grammy winner also spoke of her new arrival as “one more reason to love myself more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue to give my babies the love and life they deserve.”
Although she didn’t reference the baby’s gender in the upload, she did in her story, writing, “I just had a boy.”
Diggs shared this news a few days ago during a chat with People — and gave his approval.
“That’s enough for me,” the NFL player, 32, told the outlet. “I can’t wait to get him doing push-ups, sit-ups and running around.”
The athlete was first linked to Cardi in February 2025, but they have since split – although they reunited earlier this year and made headlines for a coffee shop clash.
Diggs, notably, became a father in 2016 when he welcomed his daughter Nova.
The wide receiver was also confirmed to be the father of a young girl named Charliee after the newborn’s mother, Aileen Lopera, filed a paternity suit.
He also reportedly had a son with K’yanna Barber in 2025, as well as a daughter with Cayy Benji, also born in 2025.
Cardi, for her part, gave birth to two children — daughter Kulture, 7, and son Wave, 4 — before splitting from ex-husband Offset.
The songwriter was pregnant when she filed for divorce in July 2024, and the duo welcomed daughter Blossom, now 1, two months later.
Cardi called out her ex for allegedly being an absentee father in May of the following year, saying he had only met their youngest child “only five times.”
The “Hustlers” star later claimed via X that she found herself “left with the kids’ bills…for a year straight.”
She and Offset, who married in September 2017, have yet to finalize their divorce.
