Selling the Sunset star Chrishell Stause and her partner G Flip have split.

The former Netflix reality star told her followers on Monday that she had a “pretty humiliating” update to share, taking a deep breath before revealing that she and G Flip were “no longer together” after more than four years together.

“We have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other,” Stause continued. “It’s not difficult for me because I’m in love with this person and I don’t have all the information or the reasons. I’m sure – as always – that over time you get the lessons you’re supposed to get.”

The former soap star told her followers she hoped to “heal” and knew everything “will be okay,” but she wanted to share the news publicly because of the “loving” reaction to their relationship. “I’ll definitely never do that again,” Stause added, trying to bring some levity to the situation. (It’s unclear whether she was referring to a public romance or a breakup video.)

“I don’t know what else to say, guys, I kind of feel like a failure. There’s nothing you could say about me that would be worse than what I’m telling myself,” Stause said, wiping away tears. “I just kind of have to heal and figure this out.”

Stause confirmed her relationship with G Flip by appearing in the Australian singer’s “GET ME OUTTA HERE” music video in 2022. They married in May 2023, with Stause announcing the news on Instagram. “Love doesn’t always go as planned,” she wrote at the time. “Sometimes it’s infinitely better.” (A legal marriage certificate has never been made public.)

Stause was previously married to Justin Hartley for two years until their split in 2019. She also had a brief romance with the former Selling the Sunset boss Jason Oppenheim.

“It’s hard. It’s painful. I’m a sweetheart. I swing big. I miss it,” Stause continued Monday. “Maybe you don’t miss, maybe this is the life and seasons you’re meant to have with people.”

Stause said she had an “amazing” time during her relationship with G Flip, reiterating that their relationship couldn’t be considered “a failure” in her life. “It’s just about accepting that it’s a different ending than you imagined,” she added. In conclusion, Stause said she just wanted to give fans an “update on their lives” with this video.

“I don’t know what I hope for myself. It’s really hard and stressful to share this information because I’m kind of living it,” Stause said. “I would love G and I don’t really see that ever changing. It sucks but everyone deserves to be happy and I wish that for both of us.”
