Tate McRae’s “Housewife” launches at No. 2 on the Hot 100 with 22.9 million streams, 12.7 million audiences and 4,000 sold in its first full week of tracking, following the song and its official video’s arrival on October 15. After describing the song as “a woman who can’t be contained”, McRae adds his fourth top 10 hit on the Hot 100 and his highest ranking as a lead artist. “Greedy” rose to No. 3 in January 2024; Morgan Wallen’s “What I Want”, on which she appears, premiered in its first week in May 2025; and “Tit for Tat” entered at its peak No. 3 last October.
“Housewife” debuts atop Streaming Songs, as McRae’s second No. 1 and first in a lead role, after “What I Want” led for six weeks.

Olivia Rodrigo and Chappell Roan’s “Expectations” soars 63-3 on the Hot 100, following the Oct. 15 release of its remix and video, adding Roan. The song was originally released in June by Rodrigo as a solo album you look pretty sad for a girl so in love.
The title (all versions combined) totaled 18.2 million streams (+302%), 2.6 million radio audiences (compared to a negligible amount), 4,000 downloads sold (+465%) and 15,000 physical sales in the first week (on cassette, CD and 7-inch vinyl).
Rodrigo marks his 11th Hot 100 top 10 with “Expectations,” which previously peaked at No. 20 on its debut. This is his fifth top 10 you look pretty sad for a girl so in love – his first album to release so many – after “Drop Dead” (No. 1 for one week), “Stupid Song” (No. 3), “The Cure” (No. 5) and “Honeybee” (No. 9). She collected four top 10s for her first album, Sourin 2021.
Roan earns his fifth top 10 on the Hot 100, tying last year’s “The Subway” for his highest ranking.
Notably, Dan Nigro produced or co-produced each of Rodrigo and Roan’s top 10 Hot 100 hits, and co-wrote all but one (“Honeybee”, which Rodrigo solely wrote). Additionally, Roan opened for Rodrigo on the former’s Sour Tour and Guts World Tour.

Bryan achieves his fourth top 10 on the Hot 100 and Del Rey, her third; she equals her best placement, after her featured performance in Taylor Swift’s “Snow on the Beach” in 2022.
“Lies” also opened at No. 1 on digital song sales, where Bryan and Del Rey each lead for the first time.
Rest of the Top 10: “Zero” is 5 and above
