Jon Lovitz refused to dwell on the past and instead took the high road in response to Crystal Hefner’s claims.
During a recent appearance on the “Lisa Guerrero Unleashed” podcast, Hugh Hefner’s widow called Lovitz, 69, Playboy Mansion’s “#1 customer,” even saying he was “one of the biggest perverts” in Hollywood.
The “Rat Race” actor was spotted leaving a restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening, where he admitted to being proud of his first role on the roster.

“Any time someone says I’m No. 1, it’s a compliment,” Lovitz said before doubling down on his admiration for the late media mogul.
“Hugh Hefner was one of the kindest and most generous people I have ever met, and all of his friends know that,” Lovitz said. “That’s all I have to say about that.”

On Tuesday’s episode, Crystal slammed the “Saturday Night Live” star for allegedly being a “lurker” at the Holmby Hills home once known for its opulent parties.

“He would be up there all the time,” Crystal said. “Her eyes were going back and forth (looking at) all the women coming through the door at the party.”

She also claimed that Lovitz’s dog “peeed everywhere,” adding, “I remember him. Every time, every party. »
Crystal started dating Hefner when she was 21. The couple got engaged in 2010, when she was 24 and the Playboy founder was 84.

They called off their wedding just days before the ceremony in 2011, but later reconciled. Crystal and Hefner married in 2012 and remained together until his death in 2017. He was 91 years old.
On her own show “After the Mansion,” Crystal called out another Hollywood star and claimed that Jack Nicholson treated the Playboy Mansion as his own hot spot.
“They used to call it Jack Nicholson’s drive-thru at one time because he would drive up, grab some food or whatever he could get there and drive away,” she claimed.

Nicholson’s daughter Lorraine once shared her own experiences at the famous mansion where she spent her childhood playing with Hef’s sons Marston and Cooper.
“People assume my father took me to the Manor, but they are wrong,” she wrote in a 2024 essay for Vanity Fair. “In fact, I can confidently say that I spent more time there than my father.”
Crystal alleged that her late husband was obsessed with Hollywood lore and fame.

“One thing that mattered most to Hef was fame,” she said. “Any celebrity was treated extremely well every time they visited. He had Bill Maher to chat, hung out with Berry Gordy from Motown, and then you saw a lot of other people there. Buzz Aldrin, the original Catwoman.”

Shortly after Hefner’s death, Crystal told Fox News Digital that she was grateful for her marriage to the late business mogul.
