On October 24, Kardashian turned heads in a daring optical illusion dress as she left the Bulgari Hotel in Rome, Italy, for a night out. Wearing a bejeweled piece from Erdem’s RTW Spring 2027 collection, Kardashian appeared to glide into the hotel’s massive lobby as she prepared for a night of birthday festivities.

The Skims founder’s dress featured a plunging bralette-style design accented with crystal floral appliqués on each cup. Below the bust, the dress featured a pale corset-style midriff with triangular cutouts that wrapped up to the back of the design. The bottom of the dress featured a semi-sheer black skirt that stood in stark contrast to the head-to-toe crystal fringe that hung from Kardashian’s shoulders to the hem of her maxi skirt.

A day earlier, Kardashian wowed in a plunging white goddess dress and a pair of towering wedge heels as she continued her 46th birthday celebrations. Kardashian celebrated her real birthday in two vintage dresses from the Paco Rabanne archives from 1995. The first plunging red mini dress looked like a sumptuous gown with jeweled trim along the neckline, waist and sleeves. She paired the look with a chainmail headpiece dripping with red jewelry.

For her second look of the evening, she wore a similar lime green dress with turquoise and gold gemstone trim. Keeping her style consistent, Kardashian completed the outfit with a green chainmail headpiece with gold accents. She wore both ensembles with black open heels.
On Oct. 20, the mom of four completely moved away from her neutral, minimalist style to emulate her eldest daughter, North West, 13, ahead of Halloween. Along with an oversized layered T-shirt and long blue hair, Kardashian wore maximalist black nails, grills, fake piercings and heavy eye makeup that made the Skims founder almost unrecognizable.
