Mia Goth is officially ending her marriage to Shia LaBeouf.
THE Pearl the star filed for divorce Transformers actor, according to court documents reviewed by TMZ. The outlet reported that Goth listed the ex-couple’s separation date as July 28, 2025, and that she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation.
Weekly Entertainment has reached out to representatives for Goth and LaBeouf for comment.

In February, PEOPLE reported that the two actors had quietly split last year. “Their relationship has always been complicated,” a source told the outlet in a statement. “They didn’t get along and had a lot of drama last year.”
The source also told PEOPLE that X the actress “encouraged” Even Stevens alum to move out of the couple’s home in Los Angeles and New Orleans, adding, “She loves him, but she also doesn’t need him. She’s very independent. She has her own life, her own career and her priority is their daughter. Shia loves their daughter and stays in touch.”
Goth and LaBeouf met on the set of Lars von Trier Nymphomaniac in 2012. In 2016, they appeared to marry in an intimate ceremony in Las Vegas (officiated by an Elvis impersonator), but officials later said the actors were not legally married and had simply held a “commitment ceremony.”
A spokesperson for LaBeouf said the couple filed for divorce in 2018. He later dated singer FKA Twigs, who starred alongside him in the 2019 film. Honey, boy. However, he appeared to reconcile with Goth in 2020 when they were spotted wearing wedding rings, but also dated Margaret Qualley later that year. Goth and LaBeouf were spotted together in 2021 and eventually welcomed a daughter, Isabel, in 2022.

News of Goth’s filing comes a day after FKA Twigs dismissed her lawsuit against the Eye of a lynx actor. The singer first sued him for sexual assault in 2020; they later reached a settlement in 2025. The “Eusexua” musician then sued LaBeouf to stop him from enforcing an NDA she signed after their first legal battle, and he ultimately ended the settlement’s nondisclosure provisions.
