More than 750,000 people likely attended the Milwaukee Brewers World Series championship parade Friday, according to a Milwaukee police estimate.
“Preliminary research shows this may be the largest crowd for a single-day event in state history,” the department posted on social media. “Come on brewers! Better together!”
For comparison, the U.S. Census Bureau estimated Milwaukee’s 2025 population to be 562,407.
The parade started at 10 a.m. and thousands of fans lined the streets to witness history. There were people on the roofs, at the windows and in the streets.
Many people watched the parade and then gathered en masse for the rally on the Summerfest grounds.
