Bears quarterback Caleb Williams was shy about his availability for Sunday’s game against the Falcons during a news conference Friday, but he appeared to send a message with a social media post later in the day.
Williams posted a video that strongly suggested he would return from the hamstring injury that caused him to miss the last three weeks and multiple reports Saturday afternoon confirm that is the case. Williams is expected to start for the 3-2 Bears against the 2-3 Falcons.
Williams was a full participant in practice all week, but the Bears listed him as questionable Friday.
The Bears won the first two games Williams missed, but struggled with Tyson Bagent at quarterback in last Sunday’s loss to the Packers.
