Rockstar Games created GTA6 gameplay via YouTube videos or, in one case, Netflix’s extended look. However, a new clip has surfaced in an unexpected place. In the last South Park episode, Jason and Lucia emerge onto a crowded Vice City beach. The sequence shows Jason throwing dog poop at a seemingly random NPC.
At the beginning of the clip for “Guinea Pig on a Stick”, the narrator explains that beachgoers can put their dog’s droppings in a bag. However, it can also become a weapon, as seen when Lucia’s partner throws feces at an unsuspecting man. Unsurprisingly, the victim is agitated, but Jason continues to repeat the attack anyway.
At first it was not clear whether the GTA6 the gameplay footage was authentic and provided by Rockstar. Despite this, the level of detail matches that of the official trailers. For the avoidance of doubt, the credits after the South Park the episode said: “Football from Grand Theft Auto VI, courtesy of Rockstar Games, Inc.”
A persistent South Park theme
It’s questionable whether the animated sitcom has a marketing deal with the studio. Regardless, the dog poop video is just the last time the show has mentioned the project. During a September 16 EP titled “South American Biker Gangs”, the characters believe that GTA6 the release date will improve the country.
September 30 South Park EP, there is concern that a power outage will prevent players from saving their progress. On October 14, a sign announcing the title appeared in reference to the upcoming elections. GTA6 will likely continue to play a role in the show as it approaches its launch.
All joking aside, the gameplay clip is as much of a technical showcase as the previous trailers. Crowds of NPCs with unique body shapes line the beach in Vice City, putting a strain on the processors of Xbox and PS5 consoles. At least some individuals respond to Jason’s violence or gentler touch through dialogue. The visual fidelity also impresses, notably the dynamic imprints on the stand.
