Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Wedding Accessories Deemed Too Expensive and Dangerous Revealed

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce reportedly scrapped plans to have a two-level carousel and artificial pond at their $30 million wedding at Madison Square Garden in July.

A source told the Daily Mail on Monday that the two extravagant accessories were included in the initial plans for the nuptials, but were ultimately removed for different reasons.

The $7 million carousel was removed because it was too expensive, the source claimed.

The source said the carousel would have cost $3.5 million even if it was reduced to just one floor.

Instead of the carousel, Swift, 36, and Kelce, 37, got a large tent for carnival games, including corn hole and mini golf, according to the Daily Mail.

The couple also reportedly refused to have a pond under the altar where they exchanged vows, as it was deemed too dangerous and would “require too much engineering.”

“The edges weren’t high enough and it would be very easy to fall,” the insider claimed.

Page Six has reached out to representatives for Swift and Kelce for comment.

The pop star and NFL tight end tied the knot at MSG in front of 1,000 guests — including superstars like Selena Gomez, Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Mariska Hargitay and Ed Sheeran — on July 3.

Swift walked down the aisle in a Christian Dior Haute Couture dress during the ceremony, officiated by Adam Sandler.

An eyewitness exclusively told Page Six last month that the wedding – which transformed The Garden into an ethereal garden – was “a spectacle”, complete with food stalls, bars and carnival games.

Guests were treated to three specialty cocktails: “The Gym Teacher,” “The English Teacher” and “The T&T,” each served with its own signature ice cube, our source said.

The food menu, meanwhile, included lobster, chicken and fries, and much more.

The morning after the wedding, Page Six obtained exclusive photos of the extravagant decor, including custom monogrammed items and trees and large green furniture that was part of a “grand gazebo” out of MSG.

Orange armchairs, coffee tables, green chairs and a chest containing “games” were also spotted.

Kelce called their wedding “the best night of my life” two months after the nuptials.

“Marrying Taylor was more than I could have dreamed,” he said in an interview with ESPN.

The Kansas City Chiefs player said his personal highlight of the wedding was “all the people that were there and the amount of love that was in the air.”
