Trump supporters were at a loss for words.
The daily show Jordan Klepper is back to question MAGA loyalists and get the last word.
This time, the comedian asked Donald Trump’s supporters: “What is the big issue of this mid-term?” Most responded with “communism” and “socialism.” Klepper’s follow-up question convinced them. When the host asked each of them to “define communism,” the results were hilarious, allowing Klepper to appropriately humiliate the Trump stalwarts.
“That’s a harsh term,” one supporter responded. Klepper responded jokingly, “It’s almost easier to just throw it away, build up a little fear, and then move on.”
Klepper often ventures to Trumpland to interact with MAGA fans.
Another said communism means “They will control you.” Yet another said, “It’s… it’s just communism, socialism,” laughing awkwardly without offering a real answer.
Klepper moves on to Vice President JD Vance, who offers a bizarre explanation of what socialism means. “Oh man, I… you know… Honestly, it’s a hard term to define these days. I don’t know what the term means anymore. I think actually what it really means in the American context is that you want to replace American workers with foreign workers and you want boys to play girls’ sports.”

Trump is “bringing back an even older bogeyman,” Klepper said.
But the real punchline came when Klepper threw their boss’s crazy bribe in their faces. In September, Trump offered every American citizen $5,000 if his party retained the majority in the midterms in November.
Trump constantly touts the dangers of communism to his supporters.
“What do you think of these $5,000 checks that Trump wants to hand out for free? » Klepper asked Trump voters. “What’s wrong with a free handout here and there?” »
One said: “This is great. Another said, surprisingly: “I’m not sure I like this… because it looks like he’s paying people to vote for him.” »
