The Elder Scrolls 6 title reportedly revealed next month

A new report suggests that fan theories about the actual title of Ancient scrolls 6 Maybe it’s true after all, and that confirmation could come as soon as next month.

This comes from The edgewhich sources tell him that Ancient scrolls 6 will be subtitled “Sentinel”, something fans already guessed earlier this year. The report claims that an official announcement of this name could “come as early as next month”, or 15 years after the release of the last main game. YOUR entrance, Skyrim, and almost eight years after the game’s announcement at E3 2018.

This would not only coincide with fan speculation, but also with Xbox head Asha Sharma’s tease last August that the title contained eight letters:

The edge continues by corroborating reports and rumors that, as in previous YOUR games, Sentinel will highlight a specific region of Tamriel. This time it’s the Hammerfell region, which has appeared in other YOUR spin-offs but never got its own game. Sentinel would cover “the history of the Elder Scrolls” and “help uncover the secrets of these mysterious ancient artifacts.”

After the absurdly early initial announcement of its highly, very anticipated game, Bethesda has remained largely silent on Ancient scrolls 6so an imminent re-reveal would be huge. Bethesda chief Todd Howard has vaguely talked about the game on numerous occasions, but has always refrained from giving any important details. In July of this year, Howard said it was too early to comment on which platforms the game would be available on in response to whether or not Xbox would take the series as a console exclusive, given its acquisition of Bethesda and its recent console-focused strategy changes.

However, also in July, Bethesda developers shared concerns that recent mass layoffs at Xbox affecting Bethesda would have a “substantial, cascading effect” on game development and team morale.
