Many classic technological inventions of the past have helped define today’s modern era of electronics. After all, personal computers and smartphones were once just ideas that turned into concepts and eventually became reality. If you’re wondering what exciting gadgets are being created these days, look no further than Time Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2026, a list that includes two new Anker devices.
One such device is the Anker EufyMake Next-Gen Personal Textile Printer, which is expected to arrive in 2027. This gadget allows you to make personalized prints at home whenever you want. This means you may not have to deal with expensive custom printing companies in person or online because you can control the process yourself. The other Anker device on the list is the Prime Charger, a currently available technology that could potentially replace other power adapters you currently use.
The EufyMaker printer is listed in the Mode section of the Time list, alongside four other entries. The Prime Charger is grouped with 23 other devices in the Consumer Electronics section. Other categories on the list include Experimental, Green Tech, Logistics and Privacy & Security, among others. The full list contains 300 inventions in total, as well as 100 special mentions. Time’s list was chosen based on internal nominations from its global team, combined with online submissions.
A Closer Look at Anker’s Top Two Inventions of 2026
The next generation Anker EufyMake personal textile printer uses direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing. Anker claims the printer can produce colorful designs on a range of fabrics, including darker materials. This gadget also has a white ink management system designed to reduce the risk of clogging when printing: fabric printers generally print their designs on a white base, so the color of the fabric does not affect the print color. EufyMake has not revealed the price of its next-generation personal textile printer, and it is unclear when it will be released in the first quarter of 2027.
The Anker Prime charger has a total power of 160W and has 3 USB-C ports, with a maximum output on a single port of 140W. The charger can charge a MacBook Pro, an iPhone 16 Pro Max and an 11-inch iPad Pro simultaneously, with power management made possible thanks to PowerIQ 5.0. The Prime Charger’s built-in screen lets you see live charging information and it can be controlled with an app via Bluetooth. It is currently available for $149.99.
Both of these inventions were showcased at IFA 2026 in Berlin, Germany, which took place September 4-8. Anker presented its new range of Prime chargers, while EufyMake presented a working prototype of its next-generation textile printer at the show. The printer also benefited from a more hands-on showcase on the final day of the event, where guests could watch him print and create their own designs from personal images.
