UFC Edmonton weigh-in results: All fighters make weight

The return of the Ultimate Fighting Championship to Canada is now official after the UFC Edmonton weigh-ins.

The middleweight main event will see Joaquin Buckley and Mike Malott square off over five rounds. Ever the professional, both men had no problem making weight. The same can be said for the rest of the 13-match card, as all 26 fighters achieved their goals.

Buckley (21-8) looks to defend his top 10 finish in the promotion. “New Mansa” has struggled recently, with back-to-back losses to Kamaru Usman and Sean Brady derailing his title hopes. The 32-year-old will look to get back on track against the Canadian and weighed in at 170.5 pounds for his third UFC main event.

Meanwhile, Malott (14-2-1) looks to score the biggest win of his career in his second UFC fight. “Proper” is on a four-fight win streak that includes a TKO victory over Gilbert Burns. At 34, it’s now or never for the Team Alpha Male fighter to escape. Malott also weighed 170.5 pounds.

UFC Edmonton will stream live on Paramount+ in its entirety. The main card begins at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT, while the prelims begin at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT.
