One man was killed and three people injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia’s Bryansk region, which borders Ukraine, the region’s acting governor Yegor Kovalchuk said in a statement posted on Russian messaging app MAX.

Legislative: Vladimir Putin’s party well ahead of the elections in Russia
Vladimir Putin’s party unsurprisingly won a large majority in the legislative elections in Russia, marked by computer hacking and Ukrainian drone attacks to which Moscow promised a response.
No party opposed to the conflict had been allowed to compete in these elections aimed at renewing the lower house of Parliament, the first since the start of the large-scale offensive against Ukraine in 2022. The vote also took place in the territories of Ukraine occupied and annexed by Russia.
