The first results of the elections from Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning will say a lot about which party will win in the mid-term.
The first polls will close at 6 p.m. ET in parts of Indiana and Kentucky, then cascade through the night, with the last polls closing at 1 a.m. ET in Alaska’s Aleutian Islands.
