Love is Blind: Boston stars Sarah and John are on the verge of divorce after tying the knot in the season 11 finale.
On November 4, the same day Sarah and John’s wedding aired on Netflix, TMZ reported that Sarah filed for divorce from John on June 4, 2026, citing an irretrievable breakdown in their marriage. Court documents revealed the couple married on March 27, 2025 but were already living apart on April 15, 2026, just over a year after saying “I do.”
Reports of them filing for divorce came after insiders claimed Sarah and John were no longer together after he allegedly had an “emotional affair” with an escort. Mark your calendars for this November 8 reunion episode, because it’s about to end.

According to love is blind fans’ go-to source for spoilers, Reality Receipts podcaster Rikkii Wise (@storytimewithrikkii), Sarah and John split after just under a year of marriage and were not together at the time the actors filmed the reunion, which Rikkii says was filmed in late October.
Rikkii claimed during an Oct. 30 episode of her podcast that they split after Sarah caught John exchanging explicit text messages with a sex worker he allegedly met while dating a fellow student. love is blind cast member, Rob.
“So they call it an emotional affair,” Rikkii claimed. “I think it was three text messages or something. And that’s the reason for the separation.”
“I think the problems they were having in their marriage had to do with communication and then household issues,” Rikkii continued. “He made it very clear that he expected her to be the caretaker and take on the mental load of the household, so I think that ended up coming into play as part of their separation.”
In the November 4 finale, John and Sarah were married in front of family and friends in an episode reportedly filmed in March 2025. At the altar, John said he “didn’t think I could fall in love with someone through a wall, but here I am.” Sarah told John that she had “never been so sure of anyone.”
“When I saw you, I felt like I’d known you forever,” Sarah told him.
