After a disappointing home loss to the NFC West-leading San Francisco 49ers in Week 5, the Seattle Seahawks will take the field in prime time Thursday night to take on the Denver Broncos.
The Seahawks have beaten the Broncos twice in recent seasons, including a win in Week 1 of 2024 in Bo Nix’s first career start and the 2022 season opener in Russell Wilson’s first start in a Denver uniform. However, this is the first time these two teams will face off in Denver since the infamous 2018 Altitudegate season opener which Denver won 27-24.
Interestingly, as the Seahawks prepare to face Denver, they will not have recently signed Robert Henry active, despite the struggles of others at the position in terms of ball security and explosive play generation.
