AJ Brown, TreVeyon Henderson and Will Campbell all questionable for Sunday against the Jets

The Patriots could get AJ Brown back for Sunday’s game against the Jets, but the team will take more time to make a final decision.

Brown (ankle) is officially questionable for Week 6. If he wants to play, the team will have to activate him to the 53-man roster.

“We won’t make that decision until tomorrow, so we’ll have to see how he reacts in today’s practice and then go from there,” head coach Mike Vrabel said Friday, via the team transcript. “I think he looks good, like everyone else. Some good games, some bad. We’re trying to see where his fitness level is and see how he can feel here after today’s practice.”

Running back TreVeyon Henderson (ankle) and offensive tackle Will Campbell (knee) are also questionable after being limited to participating in practice all week.

“Again, see how they come in, and then we’ll evaluate and go from there,” Vrabel said.

Cornerback Christian Gonzalez (shoulder) is no longer listed on the injury report and is expected to play. He said earlier in the week that he would be ready for the contest.

Cornerback Carlton Davis (neck) and cornerback Karon Prunty (hamstring) were ruled out.

Offensive tackle Marcus Bryant (ankle), cornerback Channing Canada (hamstring), linebacker Christian Elliss (chest) and safety Craig Woodson (shoulder) are all questionable.

Defensive tackle Cory Durden (illness), safety Kevin Byard (chest), linebacker Dre’Mont Jones (shoulder), cornerback Marcus Jones (ankle), offensive tackle Morgan Moses (foot), cornerback Charles Woods (shoulder) and quarterback Drake Maye (right shoulder) are all listed off the injury report and expected to play.
