SPARKS, Nev. — Renown Health broke ground Tuesday, September 22, on a new Integrated Ambulatory Care Center planned for Kiley Ranch in Sparks. Renown says this project will expand access to outpatient and preventive care in the community.
The groundbreaking ceremony happened at the new site location at the roundabout junction of David Allen Parkway and Windmill Farms Parkway, adjacent to John Bohach Elementary School in Sparks.
Renown’s planned 123,000-square-foot facility is expected to include 134 exam rooms and offer urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, advanced lab and imaging services, and a pharmacy. The center is also planned to provide outpatient and preventive care services, with rotating medical specialists in pediatrics, women’s health (OB/GYN) and other disciplines.
Renown Pharmacy, infusion, imaging and lab services are also planned as part of the project. A future ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms is planned for 2028, and the facility may accommodate additional services over time as community needs evolve.
