Jessie James Decker, Eric Decker and their kids showed off their washboard abs in a new family photo.
Over the weekend, the “Lose Control” singer and the former NFL player shared a joint Instagram post featuring their family of six enjoying a fall vacation in Florida.
In the first photo, the couple – along with their three older children, Vivianne, 12, Eric, 11, and Forrest, 8 – all showed off their six packs as they posed on a local beach.
The Deckers’ youngest son, Denver, 2, was also in the photo, facing his father as he held him.
Jessie James, 38, and Eric, 39, also shared images from their time at Disney World in the post.
Fans took to the comments section to express how fascinated they were by the family’s toned abs.
βThe whole family literally has washboard abs what the hell ππβ€οΈ,β one person wrote.
“The caption should have been ‘The Six-Pack Crew’ with all six of you! πβ€,” another added.
βCan I join the family just to get some of your genetics please π,β a third user said.
βHow does everyone in the family have abs ππ©,β a fourth user commented.
“Damn everyone in this photo has abs ππ I’m very intimidated by your family lollπ,” joked a fifth fan.
In 2022, Jessie James slammed social media users who accused her of Photoshopping her children’s abs into pictures.
“From one mother to another. Please don’t call my kids’ appearance weird just because they don’t look like you think they should. That’s mean β€οΈ,” the ‘Dancing With the Stars’ alum replied to one person.
“It’s a sad world we live in today when having healthy kids who are super active, play sports (and) build muscle naturally is ‘weird,'” she wrote in response to another commenter.
Jessie James also defended herself against claims she “overtrained” her children to have abs.
The following January, the former reality TV star said he was “confused” by the backlash about his children’s bodies he received online.
“I couldn’t believe the reaction,” she told Us Weekly at the time, noting that there was “never a single time” where Instagram trolls “upset” her.
βI was like, βThis is so wild.ββ
