The Jacoby Brissett trade is complete.
The Ravens and Cardinals are reportedly finalizing a deal that would send the veteran quarterback to Baltimore earlier this week. The trade was officially announced Friday morning.
Neither team has specified what compensation will be paid to Arizona in exchange for Brissett, but ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the Ravens will send a 2027 fourth-round pick and a 2028 seventh-round pick to the Cardinals for Brissett and a 2027 fifth-round pick.
Brissett started every game for the Cardinals this season before being demoted to the third team this week. Gardner Minshew is now the Cardinals’ starter with rookie Carson Beck at No. 2 on the depth chart.
With Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley on injured reserve, the Ravens turned to undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano for Thursday night’s loss to the Jaguars. Brissett will have more than a week to familiarize himself with the team’s offense before a Monday night game against the Chargers in Week 10.
